Turkey and Cranberry Burgers

Leftover roast turkey blitz in food processor

slice of bread, made into breadcurmbs

a little milk

1 small egg

handful of dried cranberries, chopped

tablespoon cranberry sauce

onion, finely chopped

oil

Fry the onion in the oil until soft.

Meanwhile soak the breadcrumbs in a little milk until soft. Mix with the turkey, egg, cranberries, cranberry sauce and seasoning. Add the onion once cooked and cooled a little. Shape into small burger patties and refrigerate for about 30 mins or until needed.

Fry the burgers in oil until browned on both sides.

Delicious in a bun with avocado and lettuce, with sweet potato fries.

OR make into small meat balls and serve with pasta and tomato sauce :o)
